A) Koenig Cranes North America� has the technical and field expertise to deal with all technical support issues as related to both new and used cranes.

B) Support inside our standard technical support program will be provided by:

  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Internet

C) On-site technical supervision and/or training is available from distributor trained and certified technical specialists.

All technical supervision and/or training staff will be dispatched from Canada at specified rates plus travel and per diem costs.

D) Koenig Cranes North America� is the master distributor for Koenig� Cranes in North America (Canada, USA and Mexico) and as the factory authorized warranty representative will deal with all items covered by factory warranty inside North America.

Onsite company and customer training

This is a key feature of self erecting crane usage as in many cases and applications self erecting cranes can be operated directly by a customers own operations staff at the construction project site. Has qualified staff who can train and certify your companies operations staff or your customers operations staff in the operation of Koenig self erecting cranes.
