Baptist Trinity Hospice provides comprehensive services to terminally ill patients and their families in their homes. Hospice uses an interdisciplinary team approach guided by the patientÂ’s attending physician and hospice medical director. This team often includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a chaplain, physical therapists, bereavement counselors, a speech pathologist and volunteers.

Patient must have a need for "skilled" services: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or skilled nursing.
