We offer a full range of support services, usually offered under an annual Software Enhancement and Maintenance (SEAM) agreement, to ensure that you get the very best performance and the maximum benefits out of your LIMS.

As no two labs are identical, so no two implementations of Matrix LIMS are the same. Nevertheless, Matrix LIMS is easy to upgrade. From time to time, Autoscribe will release software updates, and customers with a valid SEAM agreement will receive these upgrades.
Matrix LIMS has active user groups in many countries, which meet to discuss applications, developments and R&D requests. Autoscribe also produces a newsletter for all current customers and user group members, as well as hosting regular seminars on topics of general or specialist interest or concern.
