Corporate Coaching

At The Junction works with both corporations and non-profit organizations to develop their talent. One on one coaching often involves an upfront 360° feedback process identifying strengths and performance gaps in core competencies required for the position. The coaching goals are then set based on leveraging strengths and closing gaps.

Coaching is customized one-on-one training specifically designed for the employee. The process involves an initial meeting with both the executive sponsor and the coachee to set measurable goals, a midway check point to evaluate progress and often concludes with a 360° survey with peers, direct reports, manager and often external partners or customers to measure progress.

Corporate Coaching outcomes:

• Enhanced leadership skills for managers in influencing direct reports, colleagues and senior leaders

• Greater clarity around individual and team roles, goals and deliverables leading to stronger results

• Strategic plans that challenge status quo and demonstrate innovative thinking

• Greater comfort with handling conflict management

• Improved prioritization of workload and projects

• Instilled results-orientation and strategic approach to analyzing the business

Career & Executive Coaching

In our busy professional lives of meeting deadlines, developing business plans, managing budgets, servicing clients and customers, attending meetings and managing others, sometimes our own needs and goals take a back seat. Taking time to identify your own strengths, opportunities and creating a professional growth plan can have a significant payback.
