Remote Commissioning and Benchmarking

After the installation of a new system, the ArgusON National Operations Center (NOC) will jointly test the monitoring system and set up the benchmark production statistics to ensure accurate alarm measurements.

Data Acquisition

Site performance is analyzed and updated every 15 minutes. Alarm conditions are monitored in real-time and notifications are sent immediately.

Asset and Trouble Ticket Management Portal

Access to site and ticketing information is available via web portal with secure access. This includes:

  • Portfolio Map View
  • Production, Performance, and Usage History
  • Current Environmental Information
  • Asset Inventory
  • Alarm and Status History
  • Custom Reporting Tools (ticket status and history with the ability to create/update/close tickets)

Technical Support Services

Customer Support Services for the Management portal and ArgusON hardware questions are available 24/7/365. Technical Support for more complex ArgusON hardware issues is available Monday through Friday 7am – 7pm CT.
