Â At Advanced Medical Solutions, convenient ordering is available with prescription via phone, fax, mail, or just by walking in.Â Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to assist you during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our retail store hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Our retail locations are closed on Sundays.
Advanced Medical Solutions also offers special order services.Â We will âbend over backwardsâ to find that special item either in our enormous warehouse inventory, or through our wide range of vendors and manufacturers.Â Â Your confidence in knowing we are here to serve you is important to us.
Delivery, Set-up, and Instruction
We work hard to give our customers the best care available. We offer 24-hour delivery service, same day delivery on all equipment and Emergency Department staffing. Advanced Medical Solutions offers indigent & financial hardship programs, community wellness programs and educational in-services for referral staff.
At Advanced Medical Solutions, we understand the need for prompt and friendly service.Â That is why each delivery is executed in a timely manner and in coordination with the patientâs schedule.Â Upon the timely delivery of your equipment, instruction is given to the patient, as well as the caregiver, to ensure comfort, understanding, and compliance in the safe use of their home medical equipment.Â If for any reason, questions or concerns arise after the delivery, friendly and caring Advanced Medical Solutions representatives are only a telephone call away.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
To allow for optimal equipment performance, all of our rental home medical equipment is maintained on a regularly scheduled maintenance program.Â Should a piece of rental home medical or respiratory equipment need servicing, we will gladly exchange it promptly and efficiently.Â We are always happy to arrange for repair or servicing of purchased products and often have loaners available.
Because the healthcare industry is constantly changing, Advanced Medical Solutions routinely offer in-services as a courtesy to our accounts.Â Whether is a basic piece of home medical equipment (i.e. wheelchair, hoyer lift, etc.) or something more complex (i.e. trachea care, CPAP), we are available to in-service new staff, give update, or introduce new products that are new to the marketplace.Â We encourage continuing education and staff development both internally, in our organization, and externally, at our referral sources, in order to provide high quality patient care.
