cost. Studies have shown that having a workout
partner can increase you adherence to exercise
and keep you motivated.
Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Evaluation
Your personal training program begins with a health, fitness, and nutritional evaluation. This will help to determine your initial fitness level so an appropriate exercise program can be implemented. A review of your medical history is also required to screen for risk factors that may affect the type and/or intensity of exercise you begin with. The nutritional evaluation will reveal your eating habits and what if anything needs to be modified to complement your exercise program and achieve the best possible results.
