Personal training is designed to suit your needs. Some of the many benefits are:

During the first session we will assess your present fitness and activity level and eating habits and set appropriate, attainable goals.  A program will be created for your individual needs to get you maximum benefit in the shortest time frame.

The following sessions will kick you butt into gear! Your sessions will depend on the goals you’ve made and the intensity you desire. Talk to your trainer about the amount of sessions per week/month that are right for you to reach your goals.


Program Cost:
1 session – $75 each
12 sessions = $60 each
24 sessions = $52.50 each
45 sessions = $45 each
