Don’t let the word “bootcamp” scare you. With Julia and Action Pact Fitness, you will find that bootcamp simply means group outdoor fitness. You tell us what motivates you and APF will get you moving! Julia has been described by her clients as “motivating, using gentle encouragement” as opposed to the military-bootcamp style “torture” that many people fear when they hear “bootcamp”.
“But, hey… if that’s your thing and you need someone to bark orders at you to make you sweat… I can be the army sergeant you need to get results (though, maybe not with straight face).”
Action Pact Fitness uses a variety of exercises and activities to make the workouts fun and effective. You will be provided with modifications for every exercise if needed, so you’ll never be left behind or feel like you’re not working hard enough.
You and other participants will be working with different tools in the outdoors as well as your own body resistance to boost your fitness routine, or start a new one, to help you reach your fitness goals.
Cost per 8 week package:
2 sessions per week – $200 (16 sessions @ 12.50 each)
3 sessions per week – $240 (24 sessions @ 10.00 each)
10 session punch card – $135 ($13.50 each)
DROP IN sessions $15.00 (drop in price is subtracted from the total cost when you sign up for the current or following full session package)
