(1) For conjugation to AbD Serotec primary antibodies only.
* Can only be used on flow cytometers with a violet laser (402–415 nm range).
† Low spectral overlap with green fluorochromes e.g. FITC.
# Caution: if you intend to use PE-Alexa Fluor® 647 in conjunction with APC or Alexa Fluor® 647, please be aware of the possibility of excitation in the tandem dye directly by the 633/635/647 laser.
DPSS is a diode-pumped solid state laser

Our proprietary purification processes are designed to maximize the yield, purity, and immunoreactivity of your antibodies. We offer protein G, protein A and ion exchange chromatography purification processes. The method selected is based on the antibody provided and/or customer requirements.

Quality Control

We test and validate all antibodies according to our ISO 9001-accredited design and production quality assurance system. Antibody purity is assessed by SDS-PAGE, HPLC, or IEF. Our comprehensive testing facility includes ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry and Western blot.

We treat all data and material that you provide us as completely confidential, right down to your name and affiliation. A signed Confidential Disclosure Agreement is available on request.

Customer Satisfaction

We pride ourselves on our flexibility towards customers’ needs and the highest quality pre- and post-production technical support. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff aim to answer all enquiries within a day.

Other products and services from Abd Serotec

Antibody Production Services - AbD Serotec

Whether you need a large amount of antibody for a special project, or in-house demand exceeds your capacity, AbD Serotec is here to help. Following in vitro antibody production, we are able to offer hybridoma storage in liquid nitrogen at our purpose-built facilities. Our proprietary purification processes are designed to maximize the yield, purity, and immunoreactivity of your antibodies.

Alexa Fluor ® Conjugates - AbD Serotec

We also offer conjugation of these Alexa Fluor®, including the tandem dyes PE-Alexa Fluor® 647, PE-Alexa Fluor® 750, and APC-Alexa Fluor® 750 to any of our primary antibody catalog products. Alexa Fluor® fluorescent conjugates give you outstanding results in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence / confocal microscopy. Potentially more intense in fluorescence than other UV light-excitable blue conjugates.

DyLight® Dyes Antibodies - Antibody & Reagent Professionals

We currently offer the following DyLight® dyes conjugated to primary antibodies and secondary antibodies, and they are also available for custom conjugations to the antibody of your choice. Their absorption and emission wavelengths are compatible with popular fluorescence instrumentation, so you won’t have to change your preferred method of imaging.
