The Alpaca socks are available in brown, grey & cream (not shown). Alpaca fibre does not have barbs that wool does and so they are smoother, softer and more comfortable to wear. There are tiny air pockets inside the individual fibres allowing the foot to breath and wick away moisture.
Alpaca is approximately 6 times warmer than wool. It is excellent for anyone who spends any time outside walking, hiking or skiing. These socks will last anywhere from 3 to 5 years depending on wear.
Cold water wash, air dry.

Product Care The following instructions will help you in the process of washing, drying and storing the alpaca products from All Alpaca Plus. If you have a several pieces outfit we recommend that you clean it at the same time to avoid color discrepancies after the washing process. There are two ways of washing your alpaca products (we do not recommend the use of a washing machine): hand washing and dry cleaning.

Soft as cashmere and warmer, lighter and stronger than wool, it comes in more colors than any other fiber producing animal. Alpaca Fibre Alpacas produce one of the world's finest and most luxurious natural fibers. It holds dust and microscopic allergens that often create allergies associated to wool. The alpaca fiber has microscopic air pockets inside, exactly as the polar bear fur. As it doesn't has lanoline it is hypoallergenic.
