Increase your Pilates knowledge, strength, and flexibility. Level 2 adds an increase in coordination and balance as well as the addition of small props such as TheraBands, BOSU, Fitness Circles and Toning Balls. Class participation is 9 students. Prerequisite is the Core Essentials 1 class.
