White water boats are usually shorter and easier to roll. They are separated into creek boats for big water and play boats for having fun in your favourite play wave or hole.
Basic stable kayaks, great for beginners. Good for slow rivers and lakes. The recreational boats we sell track very well and also the spray skirts stay on the boats. Most recreational boats are under 12 feet long.
Tandem kayaks sit two or more people. Some can sit two adults and two kids, so if you have a family these are great. You can also put a dog rather than a child. There are the more stable ones for children and dogs, and racing ones which are skinny and easy to roll.
Sit on-top kayaks are great for warm water. They have holes in the bottom of them so you will get wet. There are plugs you can get for colder waters, so don't let lakes such as Waterton turn you down. They are very stable and easy to paddle. Sit on-tops are made for everyone from kids to fishermen. We have a boat equipped with 4 fish rod holders, a fish finder and a cooler to store your fish in.
