Civil Litigation can have few or many steps depending on the situation, and can take anywhere from a month to years also depending on the situation. The first thing our office needs is all the relevant information to determine if you have a claim, and how to handle it. Some of the information required is of course contact information, name, phone numbers, address; we also need any other documents pertaining to your claim. We can then do the appropriate searches, and demand letters. Even though there are a variety of different situations when it comes to Civil Litigation, our office will be happy to explain what is happening with your specific claim if you have any questions.
