By Blair Braitenbach Foothills residents can thank their lucky stars that this province is home to literally the best curlers in the world as High River prepares for the Alberta Men’s Provincial. The Wales Theatre in High River has seen it all from the primitive storeroom theatres and early films, through the silent movies to the talkies and Technicolor, cinemascope to wide screens.
