Our Commitment to Service

In the Oil Sands, it’s all about up-time. Bronto’s ultra-reliable, rugged vehicles are specially-designed to outlast the toughest conditions, which means our trucks spend less time in the shop for service and more time out in the field. When your Bronto truck does need service, we’re here for you…24-7. Because the Oil Sands never sleep, and neither do we.

Bronto’s state-of-the-art technology, including remote engine diagnostics and GPS monitoring systems, ensure you know exactly how your Bronto truck is performing. Engine reporting functions track vehicle performance, so you’ll know when your truck needs service before it becomes a problem.

Our in-field service is second to none. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to meet our customer’s service needs. Whether you need a turnkey solution which provides all the service and support for your Bronto equipment, or you want us to work with your fleet maintenance team, Bronto is here for you.

We’ll also work with your fleet service technicians, providing training on Bronto maintenance and service to keep your truck running smoothly and maximizing your asset utilization and cost savings.

Parts Support

Bronto is designed from the ground up to make maintenance and service as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our combination of commercial components and military-grade hardware make Bronto trucks extremely long-lasting, and when service is required, our models share 80% parts commonality. Standardization of parts among the entire Bronto line-up means getting the right parts is easier than ever.

Bronto Trucks - products

Bronto Trucks were originally designed for military-grade applications and come standard with more robust frames, superior tire and suspension systems, and protected wiring harnesses and undercarriage components. Even fully-loaded, our trucks have a minimum of 8” more ground clearance than the competition, keeping the transmission and drive train components free of caked-on mud and bitumen.
