ABOUT THE COURSES
These three work and culture courses offer learners the opportunity to explore the role of culture in the Canadian workplace, and its effects on communication, productivity and conflict resolution. Using interactive videos, animations and targeted learning exercises, course participants uncover hidden cultural expectations for the workplace. Various cultural behaviours are compared and contrasted through actual with the goal of helping both international professionals and their managers work together effectively.

Course two Finding and keeping work in Canada assists international professionals with finding and keeping work in their field, or changing careers.
Course three Sensitive workplace issues brings both groups together in an exploration of sensitive issues such as gender differences, workplace mistakes and dealing with discrimination.
