Prototyping and Cultural Change

The most important raw material for cultural change has always been the interplay among individuals, and the expression of their ideas, which lead to an ability to innovate and change ways of working. Prototyping also saves time by not over-planning, and then needing to revise the plan because conditions have changed, or something has been learned that changes how people think about the plan.

Process Facilitation Service

The process:Based on systems thinking, the team examined the current system in which they were operating, described a future system that would produce a higher level of performance, and determined an action plan to create the future system. The teams met for three half-days, during which they solved the problem using a decision-support system called Solving Complex Problems Using Systems Thinking.

Learning Lab Opportunities

In sports and in the performing arts, two settings where teams consistently enhance their capabilities, players move regularly between a practice field and the real game, between rehearsal and performance. Everyone involved in the learning lab works closely with MHA consultants to design, test, evaluate, re-design, re-test, and re-evaluate all aspects of the learning lab process.
