They employ a strategy of conducting several years of due diligence on raw land, using a propriety GIS software system to identify land in the path of future development. Pre-Development Land (Growth)

Pre-Development Land Offerings focus on the first two stages of the real estate life cycle – Undeveloped Land and Entitlement or Zoning (concept planning).
