Cardio Classes

Infinite Ride Express (Indoor Cycling)
All the intensity and sweat of our 60 minute class packed into 45 minutes. This class is guaranteed to kick start your metabolism and leave you feeling energized. Experience the thrill of completing drills, climbing hills and sprinting to the end. This class uses music, positive encouragement and fellow cyclists to motivate you to push your limits and discover what you can really achieve. This class is appropriate for all abilities as we focus on YOUR fitness level. By the end of six weeks you will feel a big difference in your cardiovascular fitness not to mention an increase in your confidence and ability! This class is limited to 9 participants, register now!

Running Conditioning Group (10km or half marathon training)
This clinic is designed for runners of all levels from beginners to those looking for a new personal best. Unlike other running clinics, this running clinic is taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. You will be coached over 12 weeks with a weekly group training run and educational seminar + a free long run on Saturday.  You will also receive a personalized training plan for the upcoming 10km or half marathon.  (Everyone will have a different program based on their experience, goals and time commitment). 

Cycle & Strength (Indoor Cycling & Muscle Conditioning)
Want all the benefits of Bootcamp without having to brave the cold weather — try Cycle & Strength. This 60 minute class brings the best of both worlds by combining interval cycling training with resistance training. The perfect workout for those needing to do it all, with very little time. In as little as 6 weeks you will feel stronger, have more tone and have increased fitness. This class is limited to 9 participants, register now!

TRX Conditioning
This intense cardio-strength class is designed to challenge you with a today's hottest fitness tool. You will target your whole body with extra focus and attention on your core and functional movements that will help increase your endurance, strength and power in specific sport activities, but also in your regular day.

Infinite Bootcamp
2-4-6-8, it’s time to get yourself in shape!! Our drill sergeants, I mean Certified Personal Trainers, will have you in tip-top shape with this full body workout. You will see improvements in your cardio ability, strength, endurance and stamina. Feel safe in this non-intimidating environment as our instructors hold the highest credentials in North America. All workouts meet at Infinite Fitness and take place in the surrounding neighborhoods rain or shine. Be ready to sweat, give your all and of course, laugh with others just like you!

Mom's Bootcamp
As mom’s that’s exactly how it feels… we are always on the move! It’s time to carve out some time for you and get that body moving to increase your stamina, strength and endurance to keep up with your fast-paced lifestyle. Feel free to attend this class with or without your little ones (a quality stroller, such as a jogging stroller, is a must). This 60 minute class, meets twice a week and focuses on a combination of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility. Join us and feel your energy level sky rocket!

GAME ON - Kids Bootcamp
Do you have your game on?  Join Infinite Fitness for this Bootcamp just for kids ages 5 and up. Special drills and games will be used to improve your child’s stamina, agility, balance and fitness. The best part? Participants have a blast and don’t even realize it’s good for them! This class is purposely at the same time as Mom’s Bootcamp to ensure everyone gets a good workout!

Muscular Conditioning Classes

Core Conditioning
Looking for ways to tighten you abs, reduce back pain or improve your posture? Join us for this 45 minute class targeting on just your core. See how everyday movements become easier and your tummy tighter by incorporating these moves into your fitness regime. This class focuses on individual attention and is limited to 6 participants – register today!

Forever Fit
Increase your strength, stamina and stability in this 60 minute class designed for those 50+! You will leave feeling longer, more balanced and stronger as you learn how to correctly exercise and move your body through space. This class will focus on overall conditioning with particular attention to balance and core strength.

Resistance Training for Runners
You’re running a lot and have set some great goals BUT running isn’t the only component of fitness you need to work on.  Resistance for runners is a class specifically designed for runners to get them in top shape. Resistance training decreases your chance of injury, increases your strength and improves your stamina.  In as little as 6-weeks you will see improvements in your running, posture and shape!
