Installation & Service Department
The diversity and complexity of the projects we undertake requires our technicians to undergo continuous training and industry awareness to maintain their leading-edge knowledge. It is our company mandate that all technicians annually attend ongoing training courses and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and installation methods.
All Genesis technicians are covered by Alberta Workers Compensation and follow strict company safety policies and regulations. We are accustomed to working in new or existing facilities, performing our duties with minimal disruption. Our technicians are dedicated to excellence in all areas and we guarantee quality workmanship throughout - ensuring that each installation is aesthetically pleasing and satisfies the project criteria. Many of our clients require that we work after regular business hours, and we accommodate this need whenever possible.
Clients continue to benefit from our expert service even after their system has been installed. Our service staff is available to provide follow-up service, repairs, adaptations, consultations, and answer any questions that may arise. Our goal is to ensure that your equipment achieves its maximum operational cycle.
Genesis Integration’s service department provides repair services for the products we sell, as well as custom manufacturing capabilities. We are an authorized warranty depot for most manufacturers’ product lines and offer in-house bench services in most instances. We provide 24 hour emergency service and, where possible, temporary replacement equipment to minimize down time.
Our full range of maintenance services include troubleshooting, training of operations and maintenance staff, development of complete preventative maintenance programs for all communication and visual systems (including operating and maintenance manuals), maintenance aids and recommendations as to spare parts inventories, and regular maintenance service contracts.
