Hosted PBX Phone Service for Business
Easy Office Phone has been providing Business VoIP services since 2005, making us one of the longer-established companies in the market. You can rest assured that EOP has gleaned invaluable knowledge and experience from its time in the industry - you might say we've been around the block a few times, and the result is that we're better prepared to handle your company's needs, whatever they may be.
We pride ourselves on the calibre of our staff. Our hiring policies are geared specifically toward recruiting personnel who are friendly, well-mannered, and technically capable of quickly responding to your needs. Whether you communicate with us via phone, chat or ticketing system, you'll always reach someone who can help you.
This isn't just VoIP - it's Business VoIP. We know that businesses need a phone service that sounds consistently clear, and that's why we run a network that's optimized for the best possible voice quality. Many of our customers tell us that their voices sound more natural and crisp over our system than they did over traditional landlines.
We're able to go the extra mile in helping to ensure pristine sound quality. We will review your local network setup and your Internet connection with you and make recommendations where required to ensure the best possible experience with our service. Many of our competitors do not offer this level of support.
WYSIWYG - What you See is What you Get
With Easy Office Phone, you don't have to worry about hidden contracts or charges: we spell out all of our pricing in plain languge; we never levy "hidden charges;" and all of our plans are also available on a month-to-month basis if you're not ready for a term contract. You'll be dealing with a phone service provider you can trust.
Our plans include a vast number of Hosted PBX features at no additional cost. In the case that you request an additional feature that does represent a further cost, we'll clearly advise you and get your approval before adding the service.
Our network utilizes multiple datacenters, in different physical locations, to provide our customers with a high level of redundancy. We're not reliant on any one machine or group of machines - even in a worst-case scenario, we have a backup plan.
