This is, hands down, our most popular package for Weddings and
even for most Corporate parties.
With our Capital Wedding Package, you will meet with your DJ
prior to your special day to discuss the details of the evening from
the kind of Cocktail Music you want played, to your Grand Entrance
Music, First Dances and any special dedications you may have.
The afternoon of your special day, our experienced personnel
your hall early in the afternoon to setup and complete the necessary
audio/sound checks for the equipment. Our standard Mackie system
that we use is rated for up to 200 people at optimal, but we can
accommodate much larger audiences as well.
Your entertainer will play Cocktail Music as your guests
Coordinating with your Master of Ceremony, at the time the
Bride & Groom are announced as arriving, your entertainer will
the special tune they selected for their Grand Entrance.
After the welcoming speeches, your entertainer will play
ambient background music during the service of dinner.
For the after dinner speeches, a Wireless Microphone will be
available for the use of the Master of Ceremony for speeches. As
well, when advised prior to the actual wedding date, your
entertainer can complete tie-ins with Presentation laptops to allow
the audio to be carried on our Professional Mackie Sound System.
On completion of the formal dinner and speeches, our
entertainer will be ready to start the dance when the Bride &
are ready to start.
Once we start the dance, your entertainer will play until a 8
hour time span has been filled (ie: 5:30PM - 1:30AM or 6:00PM to
2:00AM). Any time played past the 8 hour limit is subject to a
overtime fee of $62.50 per half hour.
Your total cost for our Capital Wedding DJ Package (not
possible overtime, lighting or photo/video charges): $750.00
