Tapas Acupressure Technique or TAT

TAT is a form of psychological acupressure in which several main facial meridian lines (Chinese Medicine) are simultaneously pressed while the person verbalizes a 9-step process. Through this process, false beliefs, perceptions and negative emotions are released, thereby unblocking energy lines in corresponding parts of the body.

Tapas Fleming, the originator of TAT, discovered that the body stores memories, both our own and also those of our ancestors.  There is acknowledgement at the beginning of the treatment that the healing to be done is on behalf of ancestors, family, all parts of oneself and all points of view one has ever held. There is an awareness and acceptance of the issue at hand, with focus there are steps of review, the issue is processed and released. This is a technique in which it is not recommended or necessary to relive the incident and I’ve found it to be deepest form of energy psychology.

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT

Eft is a form of psychological acupressure in which tapping is used instead of needles to stimulate the Chinese acupuncture points.  With this amazing technique negative emotions are releases along with associated symptoms expressed in the body.
The is tapping is done on designated points of the face and upper body while verbalizing the “identified issue” followed by a general affirmation phrase.  Using this procedure balances the energy system of the of the body and the participant feels a wonderful relaxation, along with the issue being resolved.  EFT is the most popular form of energy psychology known by most individuals and has significant place in mind/body energy medicine.

Homeopathy/Heilkunst - A Sequential Approach

Heilkunstler Homeopaths see disease symptoms expressed on the physical, emotional, and mental levels as biochemical changes (the effect), and they see disease conditions as energetic shifts or shocks (the cause) to the client.  Indeed, "disease" can be partly viewed as various shocks or traumas to the body.  With treatment, these can be removed in the reverse of occurrence (sequential treatment).
