We have a 24 X 7 bilingual phone support option and are capable of supplying onsite 24 X 7 support as well. When a Gold or Silver Zentra support contract is purchased we ensure that inventory is spared in a local geography to your business. As a national company, we can cover off most of our clients head offices and satellite offices. In locations that do not have a Zentra office we have partners who can facilitate your support requirements.Implementation:Zentra strives to maintain a team that has a 1:1 sales to support ratio. This practice allows us to provide more up front technical planning and gives us the ability to consistently carry out more advanced IT implementations. Zentra strives to design easily deployed and manageable infrastructure solutions. If Zentra helps you architect a solution, rest assured, we can also implement it. Zentra backs this up with on-site knowledge transfer, training and in depth documentation.Partners:Zentra is a seasoned VAR that has been in business for over 15 years.
