Édith Bourget (CAN) est une écrivaine, peintre, voyageuse du monde et critique littéraire pour la revue Lurelu. Elle est l’auteure de dix livres jeunesse, dont les recueils de poèmes finalistes aux Prix littéraires du Gouverneur général Les saisons d’Henri et Autour de Gabrielle, ce dernier ayant aussi reçu le Prix France-Acadie. Édith Bourget vit au Nouveau-Brunswick, mais ses livres ont été présentés un peu partout au Canada et à plusieurs endroits en Europe, particulièrement en Belgique, en France et en Suisse. Durant le WordFest, elle présentera ses recueils de poèmes Autour de Gabrielle et Poèmes des villes/Poèmes des champs.

Édith Bourget (CAN) is a writer, painter, world traveler and a literary critic for Lurelu, a literary journal for children and adolescents. She is the author of 10 books for young adults, including the collection of poems Les saisons d’Henri and Autour de Gabrielle, which were both finalists for the Governor General’s Literary Award. The last one is a recipient of the France-Acadia Prize. While based in New Brunswick, her literary work is popular across Canada and in Europe; specifically Belgium, France and Switzerland. Bourget presents her award-winning collection of poems Autour de Gabrielle, Poems des villes/Poemes des champs at WordFest.
