Drop In Group Fitness
Trico Centre offers over 50 free drop-in classes a week (spring) and 25 a week (summer), there is something for everyone. Some of our old favourites are back; along with some fresh, fun "now" classes. From Spin to Aqua Fit, to Yoga and Cardio Kick Boxing shake it up and kepp your workouts interesting and effective.
Non Members are welcome to come in and try out any of our drop-in classes for our general admission fee of $12 (space permitting).
Bike/Spin: Ready to spin? Try one of our unique X-bike classes such as Bike Endurance or Bike Interval. Looking for a spin class? Spintensity will push you harder than you thought you could go.
Mind/Body: Get your mind & body on the same page. We offer a beginners Yoga and Pilates clas to help members get started on adding this amazing holistic activity to their fitness routines.
Aquatic: If your joints need a break, you are rehabbing, or looking for a low impact fitness routine, try a water workout. The high resistance of water and low impact combination makes aqua classes ideal. Try Aqua Boot Camp, Aqua fitness, Aqua Therapy or our 55+ classes. Step/Cardio Aerobics: Calorie burning, aerobic conditioning, core and much more. A fun twist on these traditional classes to keep you moving. Step It Up, Step Cardio & Core, Pump It Up, Cardio Explosion.
Muscle Conditioning: If working to the max is your thing, these classes are for you. Full body conditioning will give you the total workout and the most for your time and effort. Fit & Fab, Circuit Training, Cardio Kickboxing.
Martial Arts: Want to try something completely different? Muay Thai is a great workout focusing on the techniques of kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Have fun hitting something!
