Employee Leasing is designed for the client who has recruited personnel to undertake work on their behalf, but who does not wish to be the employer of record for those people.
Employee Leasing ideally suits clients who have contract work which spans a period of time over some years, or those clients who wish to bring back employees for a specific period of time. The employer may wish to ensure that people hired for term positions are aware of the fact that there is no intention at the time of recruitment for that term position to become a full-time position.
While working at the direction of the client on client rosters, the employee will have all personnel related matters dealt with by The Personnel Department.
On-Site Project Management:
Here we work on the clients behalf … typically we recruit, assess, select, onboard, roster, assign, payroll, manage the program to preset objectives, review, promote, and de-hire at project conclusion.
We provide a Safe Harbor for the organization we work for … and handle all related ongoing issues with WCB, Federal / Provincial Government.
We are also the person that the unions deal with … in the event the program is unionized.
Herein we coordinate high skilled – usually semi retired HR specialists such as Director of HR, VP HR, HR Manager etc into specific companies who wish to have the resource but not necessarily on a full time basis. Our schedule of services allows clients to establish contracts from 1 day per week, up to 19 days per month . All contracts are for a minimum of 1 year.
In this section our consultants recruit for companies nationwide, but not on a contingency basis. These recruiters bill their time out on a per diem basis for the number of recruitment days a client selects as most suitable for them. This is a great way for companies to add part time recruitment to their staff that will stay available on a long term basis.
