One on one personal training at the highest level. We also offer dual and group training.
We developed the very successful SED (Strength + Endurance + Diet = Fat Loss) program. This program is set up for 4 people to a class. These classes run 3 times per week ( 2 times per week in the summer) and run for 8 weeks at a time. We also have Trixter bikes that we use in our new ET (Explosive training) drop-in classes.
