Progressive Dental - Hygiene

At Progressive Dental your Oral Hygiene is important to us. Good Oral Hygiene is the foundation for a lifetime of Good Health and we are proud to announce that we now use the latest in non-thermal light technology called the PerioWave.

Periowave Patient Presentation

Periowave is the latest in non-thermal light technology. We use the laser light combinded with a photosensitizing solution to kill the bacteria associated with periodontal (gum) disease.

Periodontal (gum) disease occurs when a bacterial infection develops where the gums and teeth join. Harmful bacteria release enzymes that will cause bone loss, receding gums and eventually tooth loss. Red, swollen, bleeding gums, persistent bad breath or tooth sensitivity are signs of periodontal (gum) disease. In a healthy mouth 1 to 3mm (shallow) pocket depths exist where the teeth and gums meet. Pockets that measure 4mm and greater indicate gum disease may be present! Your dentist or dental hygienist will evaluate the health of your gums by recording measurements from probe readings.

With the advanced technology of the "Periowave, we are now able to broaden our scope of "non-surgical" services and improve the standard of care for all our patients. The Periowave is painless, non-antibiotic, quick, effective and safe! This allows us to use the Periowave in conjunction with scaling and root planning to provide the optimal care for the fight against periodontal (gum disease).

We are always looking for the latest technology so that we have the most Progressive approach to you and your families dental care. Call us today to book your appointment.

Progessive Dental - Orthodontics

Properly positioned teeth are easier to brush and floss than teeth that are crowded, crooked, or spaced improperly. Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners that are custom-molded to fit you. Your treatment should be completed within approximately 6 months to 1 year. Why do you need straighter teeth.

Progessive Dental - CEREC One Visit Restorations

It is the best preventive treatment because it allows restoration of your teeth with the strongest and longest lasting tooth-colored material available, with the least amount of your own tooth structure having to be removed. A ceramic block that matches the exact shading of your own natural tooth color is selected and placed in the milling unit, where a precise diamond-cut ceramic restoration is instantly created, just for you.

Progessive Dental - Cosmetic Dentistry

Today’s advanced cosmetic procedures can enhance your smile to it’s white, straight, and beautiful best.

Progessive Dental - Sedation Dentistry

Step 3 - Preparing for your sedation visit We will give you a mild sedative to take the night before your first appointment to guarantee a restful night of sleep.
