Total Self Management, or TSM is another unique service offered by LCS. Formerly, small condominiums were turned away by management companies or at best offered 'financial-only' services. For the first time, self managed condominium boards now have a resource that will teach them how to manage their affairs.

A comprehensive course offered by LCS that includes all of the administrative and financial aspects of self management. Following completion of the course, TSM clients are assisted by LCS staff as needed, paying only for the services they utilize. We also offer updating courses that keep them on the leading edge of the condominium management industry while providing the management expertise they need on demand.
