IT Outsourcing can be provided on a Time and Materials basis, on a Time Block, or a monthly support contract.
For those customers wishing to pre-pay for services, our Time Block program allows organizations to receive a discount on our standard rates. Time Blocks come in $2500, $5000 and $10,000 denominations and can be used for any level of technical expertise (Standard Technician, Engineer or Advanced Engineer). Discounts range from 10- 25%.
* Please note that Time Block hours must be used within 90 days.
ITIS provides complete turnkey IT outsourcing services for organizations without an internal IT support system. ITIS provides end-to-end support services such as:

ITIS provides customized fixed fee monthly support contracts for our customers who wish to have server updates and maintenance completed automatically. Our technical experts apply patches and fixes, update antivirus, etc, etc on a monthly basis for one low fee per server/per month.
