• 2 Tbls applesauce, unsweetened
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 3 Tbls oatmeal, uncooked
• 1 Tbl protein powder, vanilla
• 3 egg whites
• 2 tsp splenda (optional)
• 1 tsp oil, high oleic safflower
• 2 tsp cherries, dried
• ½ tsp cocoa, unsweetened

Mix egg whites, uncooked oatmeal and remaining ingredients together
Spray microwave safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray and pour in mixture. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Baking time may vary

Make sure it is thoroughly cooked

Let cool 2 to 3 minutes
