Small Group Personal Training is one of the most popular Training options available today.  Small Group PT offers you the chance to experience all of the benefits of our proven personal training system with the added benefit of peer support, the energy and motivation of having a partner, PLUS as much as a 40% savings off our regular PT rates!

Groups consist of a maximum of 4 participants (minimum of 2) and individualized testing ensures that sessions are targeted to the specific needs of the group.
