Communication Strategy, Planning and Positioning
If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.
Plan your work. Work your plan. Seems simple enough, so why isn't everyone doing it? The first step to any project at FLIPP is setting and understanding your goal. Once the goal is established we can plan our attack. Goals are accomplished through the completion of measurable objectives. Those objectives are achievable through many different tactics. This plan acts as our road map to your goal. Zig Ziglar said it best: "If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else." In our case, understanding your goal is time well spent as it keeps projects on target and on budget.
