All our techs go through rigorous training and many of our technicians have been trained by factory representatives.
We love espresso equipment and we’re always striving to get the most from our machines - whether its adding PID to ensure accurate brew temperature or tweaking out our grinders so that they dose the ground coffee in a sifted way to prevent channeling when pulling shots through a naked portafilter.
Espuccino works with the busiest cafes - calibrating their equipment and designing preventative maintenance programs to ensure their machines dont fail when they rely on them the most. A key component to this maintenance is water…and we’ve done a lot of research to figuring out how to engineer the best tasting water while preventing harmful calcium carbonate buildup.
