GlobalFlow Fabrication is pleased to announce that, as of yesterday, an agreement was finalized for a new facility located in Redcliff (just outside Medicine Hat if you are not familiar with the area). With a possession date of Feb. 17/11 we will begin coordinating the process for this move early in the New Year and are looking at this opportunity as an early Christmas present.

We have been bursting at the seams in our current 10,000 square foot facility with limited yard space, limited power supply, inadequate ceiling height, poor air make-up system, limited cranes, etc.

The new 28,000 square foot facility on 10 acres comes fully equipped with all of the above and will provide us the ability to significantly broaden our scope of work and take on larger fabrication projects. With 43 tons of overhead and jib cranes in the building we will have no problem meeting our customer requests we have had to decline in the past. This new, more elaborate facility provides our employees with a much safer work environment for the fabrication of the equipment that we build now and will have the ability to take on in the near future.

We hope you are as excited about this change as we are; it should bode well for the entire Maverick Group! I would like to that everyone for their efforts in contributing to the group and helping us get to the point that it is feasible for us to make this move. I know there have been some struggles in getting here and think everyone should applaud themselves for their efforts.

We look forward to the changes to come in the future and will provide updates as we progress.
