The basic fit reports compares an individual applicants' workplace values to the culture of a specific organization to determine the degree of fit.  It provides a prediction of turnover likelihood and predicted job satisfaction in your organization.   It also provides basic personality information on six major personality facets including: Honesty/Integrity; Emotionality;  Extraversion: Agreeableness;  Conscientiousness and Openness to Experience.  The basic report is aimed at hiring at the entry level and makes less accurate predictions than our andvanced and Executive reports as it gathers less information to make this prediction.
