Our first step is to learn about your organization. We work closely with key people from senior management to field operations - map processes, interview staff, visit facilities, review existing documentation, and really understand what makes things tick. We then complete a gap analysis and work with your HS&E team to develop a project plan that sets out where an organization is, and where it needs to be. One of our strengths is helping to identify and rank/prioritise risks, facilitate stakeholder buy-in and effectively manage change across an organization.
