Mini Fitness Assessment
Your cardiovascular fitness, body composition (not including skinfolds), musculoskeletal fitness, and back fitness will be evaluated. Great as a starting point and to monitor progress throughout training.
Personal Training Sessions
One-on-one sessions assisting with each client's goals. Program updates when needed to avoid plateau and boredom. During each session your form and technique will be monitored to ensure the greatest benefit from each exercise and help you stay motivated throughout your training.
A great way to get motivated and keep others motivated. For those who do not enjoy exercising alone and/or have a group of friends with similar interests. If studio space is not provided by client, Extension personal Training can provide studio space for a small extra charge. A variety of classes are available:
A great workout with a focus on balance, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Range of styles including Contemporary, HIp Hop, Ballet, and Jazz. (no equipment necessary, mirrors preferred but not required for all styles, and barre preferred for ballet but not required)
A basic class with both high and low impact movements, focuses mainly on cardiovascular improvement and coordination (no equipment necessary but can be incorporated)
Non-stop combination of cardiovascular and resistance training (no equipment necessary but can be incorporated)
- Tone and Strengthen
A class purely dedicated to toning your muscles and increasing strength, uses full body exercises (no equipment necessary but can be incorporated)
Learn how to stretch properly and improve flexibility and reduce soreness (no equipment necessary, mats suggested for comfort)
