For a nominal investment Big Sky's 24/7 Monitoring Center will be immediately notified of an alarmed worker and initiate emergency call out procedures set forth by the client. The beauty of Sentinel is its two way communication. Simply, the user ‘talks' back and forth to the modem installed in the vehicle and has the ability to cancel any false alarms that may occur. Two way functionally also tells the user if they lose connection with the vehicle modem OR if the vehicle modem loses site of the Satellite. As well, the user profile can be set up to have the modem send periodic requests to the user for their status in which the user will need to acknowledge. A non acknowledge will generate an alarm.

Modems can be pinged and located at any time by the client or can be programmed to send GPS coordinates at predetermined intervals.

In conjunction with Big Sky Wireless and Telus Mobility, Big Sky Call Centers presents the Alert and Assist GPS cellular belt pack transmitter. This belt pack all-in-one cellular panic button transmitter is designed for users within Telus cellular coverage areas. A one push panic button allows the user to call for help with the location of the transmitter to be mapquest pinpointed. Using the alert and Assist web application, Alarms can be monitored by Big Sky Call Centers for a nominal fee, or monitored internally. This incorporated web location alarm application is included in the fee for any alert and assist customer. Very economical and loaded with tracking ‘bread crumb' tracking features. This version of the Stand Alone Telus transmitter does NOT include a motion detector. A button must be pushed to initiate and alarm.

MOBILE - Telus Blackberry - GPS

In conjunction with Big Sky Wireless and Telus Mobility, Big Sky Call Centers presents Alert and Assist. Alert and Assist uses a belt pack transmitter to communicate with the alert and assist server via Bluetooth to your RIM Blackberry. This belt pack transmitter incorporates a panic button PLUS a motion sensor alarm. Specifically designed for fast, fail safe, high speed alarm signaling, this application is economically perfect for existing black berry users or work forces looking to upgrade to the power of RIM. Bread crumb tracking is available to ‘see' a day in life of your workforce or ping your users to see their current location. either on your desktop, laptop, or on any other blackberry or web enabled Telus Smart phone. Preset interval reported is also a nice feature.

JOURNEYSAFE - Journey Management - Lone Worker monitoring.

This operator assisted middleware software product designed by Big Sky Call Centers and Multipath Technogies, is a modular open source program that assists in assessing journey risk prior to employee travel. As well as assessing risk, Journeysafe also integrates a lone worker module to protect workers while on their journey.

In its most complex form, JourneySafe can be a weighted and scored travel survey conducted by our agents. Agents can check current road and weather conditions relevant to the route, and ask questions related to sleep, time and estimated duration of travel, previous alcohol consumption etc. Once completed, this travel survey will be automatically ‘scored'. Based on predetermined client score thresholds, agents can allow travel, deny travel, or may need to receive permission from the traveler's supervisor to permit the journey.

More simplified JourneySafe call questionnaires can also designed whereas our agents plot traveler's routes and estimated time of arrival to their destination. In any configuration, the power of JourneySafe is the lone worker session that begins the moment the employee embarks on a travel session.

Our agents vigilantly watch the session duration until the users next agreed upon check in. To eliminate the need for a traveler to call in to our agents our Journeysafe server will send periodic SMS msgs to the traveler's cell phone to check their status. A simple ‘reply' to our server will be accepted as OK until next reported check in.

JourneySafe offers comprehensive reports for user travel logs, history, and notes on a trip to trip basis. As well, all JourneySafe surveys are recorded and logged for client review and client audit.

Because of the flexibility of the client designed questionnaire, JourneySafe can be used very effectively for on site Mobile Health Care practitioners or Real Estate Sales Agents that may require protection while showing a property.

LIVE OPERATOR ASSISTED CHECK IN SERVICE

Far superior to the age old ‘buddy' program used by many companies lone workers, but the least featured of our products. Clients simply call our Call Center when embarking upon a lone worker session. The ‘lone worker' session is then monitored by our agents. Limited detail to Lone worker session information is noted but not near the level of our customizable JourneySafe software or SafetyLine. A cost conscious and compliant lone worker solution.
