We currently accept payments via  PayPal  which allows you to use any of your credit cards, a debit card, or your bank account for transactions, a PayPal account is not required to use this option. Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations -
A Lady and Her Baby offer’s a 100% hassle free exchange/return policy, if you’re not happy we’re not happy! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund, less shipping cost, to the account used for your purchase. Please note that some items such as custom made, personalized, and specialty items may not be eligible for return, please read 'Custom Designed Items'& 'Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable items' for more information. To make sure your return/exchange transaction goes smoothly please follow the steps below: Returns -
You must contact A Lady and Her Baby within 10 business days of receiving your order for a return authorization, all sales become final 10 days after you receive your item(s). Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the item(s). Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer; the proper mailing address will be given at the same time the return authorization is issued.

We take great care in packaging your orders, however if your item was damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue immediately. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected] and provide the order number, item(s) number you wish to exchange, and the new item number you wish to exchange it for. We will contact you shortly thereafter to confirm the item is in stock. If the exchange is more or less than your original purchase the difference will be credited/charged to the account you made your original purchase with. If you are purchasing a gift please indicate this in the "comments" box when checking out, a gift receipt will be issued so that the recipient may exchange the item or receive a store credit for up to 45 days. Store credits must be used within 12 months of the date issued. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item however we will pay the shipping cost of the exchanged product to be returned back to you. **Please see returns/exchanges under the shipping link for further shipping instructions. All returns/exchanges must be in the original condition that they were shipped. Original condition is defined as new - unused/unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and the manufacturers tags attached. If you fail to contact A Lady and Her baby within the timeframe listed above or if we suspect the item(s) were washed, worn or is in anything less that resalable condition, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) back at the buyer’s expense. We understand this may be harsh however we must protect ourselves as well as our customers, we would not want to sell you an item that is in anything less than factory condition! Original shipping and handling charges (including those associated with free shipping) are non-refundable on returns. If you would like to exchange an item, shipping is on us! Custom Designed Items -
All sales are final on special and custom designed orders as artisans/designers craft these items to your specifications. Should your item be damaged upon arrival or not as ordered please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item so that we can try and resolve the issue. Our goal is to make sure your item arrives in top condition and you are 100% happy! Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable items -
Sale items, Holiday Items, Custom & Specialty items and items that are made to order are  non-returnable/non-refundable and all sales are final. Specialty & Custom items are items such as Tutus, Pettiskirts, Tutu Dresses, & "Bling" items as well as Holiday specific items. Should your item be damaged upon arrival or not as ordered please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can try and resolve the issue. Cancellations -
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received and normally can not be cancelled. Should you find yourself in need of canceling an order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. If your item has not shipped a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit that will be issued back to the account used for your purchase. If your order has already been processed/shipped then please follow the return instructions listed above. Shipping fees are non-refundable Shipment Refusal -
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order will be held responsible for all shipping cost plus a 10% handling fee.Shipping -
We currently ship via the USPS. Shipping is FREE on all orders of $75.00 or more and will be shipped via USPS or  FedEx. Please note that Free Shipping does not apply to international orders. Overnight delivery is available for additional fees, please contact us should you need this service. Delivery Time -
Delivery times vary depending on the item. All in-stock, ready to ship items will ship within 1-2 business days.  A lot of our items are custom made to order and may take 2-3 weeks to ship, ship times beyond 5 days will be listed on the product page. Your order may arrive in several packages to complete your shipment - if this is the case it will be noted on  your invoice as the item(s) ship. It is our goal to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible and sometimes may have items ship direct from the designer to avoid delays.

Shipping your Returns/exchanges -
A Lady and Her Baby will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed, when being returned. We highly recommend using a shipping service that offers a tracking number and insurance on your package. All packaged sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. If you choose to ship your package via the US postal Service a tracking number and insurance are available for additional fees and you MUST request these services.
Once we receive your package and credit your account you will receive an e-mail notification that your account has been credited. All returns and exchanged are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Baby Registry -
A Lady and Her Baby take’s the guess work out of finding and receiving that special gift. Registering is simple, just browse through our boutique and when you see something you like just click “Add to Gift Registry”, this will prompt you to register your information and continue shopping!
Just let your Friends and Family know that you are registered at www.aladyandherbaby.com, once they have logged on to the site they can go to the “locate registry” link, located at the bottom of the page, and will be directed strait to your registry! Sales Tax -
An 8.5% sales tax will be charged if the shipping address is in Oklahoma, outside of Oklahoma sales tax does not apply.
