A.G.Tannenbaum has been supplying all types of instruction-assembly-service manuals continuously since 1995. AG Tannenbaum is perhaps the oldest manual operation for old equipment on the Internet. We have over 250,000 manuals and over 1 million schematics and related data in our archives. AG Tannenbaum has been operating over the years near Philadelphia and in October, 2007 moved the entire operation to Dallas, Texas. We are now expanding our "old equipment" offerings to include vacuum tubes, restored and un-restored radios, communications equipment, used test equipment and a small mountain of books on electronics. We have already added CD-ROM and DVD-ROM electronic publications to our website and are adding the new additions as time allows. If you have visited us before, you will see that the web has totally changed from a tabular listing of only manuals to a comprehensive e-commerce database driven web operation. The intent and purpose of this change is to streamline the purchasing functions with fully automatic and highly secure on-line ordering and credit card processing. This will allow you to log-in, to remember your password and you can keep track of your orders and order status by doing so. We have provided a "contact" button to contact us as well as a "QUESTIONS" link for asking any question related to old radios or products that we are selling. Please forward your questions should you have any about anything we sell or do. We appreciate your patronage and business.
Your orders are being processed securely through Authorize.Net and you can be assured of problem free Internet ordering with us. We process serveral thousand orders annually without any security problems. The checkout system allows for credit card purchases, paypal purchases and for sending a check or money order for your purchase.
Because we sell information in printed and digital format - for obvious reasons these can not be returned for refund or credit. Estate items such as used vintage test equipment are sold all as-is without warranty but we warrant our description to be accurate. Vacuum tubes are sold fully tested before shipment and are warranted to be "good" tubes. For much of the equipment that we sell, we act as estate liquidators, so purchasing this older equipment from us is like purchasing an item at auction in that what you see is what you get and all items are sold as-is and where-is. We pack and ship equipment worldwide and have done so for many years. CD-ROM and DVD-ROM publications are warranted for 90 days to work on properly working computer CD or DVD computer players on personal computers running all versions of Windows except Vista and System 7. Restored vintage equipment catagorized as restored, repaired and warranted is warranted for 90 days due to the age of the equipment and components therein. In fact, when the equipment was brand new, this was the standard warranty offered by the equipment manufacturers. Shipping charges on repair/warranty items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
