About Western Karate Academy

The Western Karate Academy has been teaching karate in Kamloops since 1996. We have locations on the North and South shore. If you live in Kamloops and have been looking for a karate school, we want to hear from you.
Karate classes are Monday and Wednesday on the South shore, and Tuesday and Thursday on the North shore. We are the largest school in Kamloops and our dojos are over 2000 square feet each.
Karate is offered to students from age five to 65(or older). Families can train together and we offer low family rate with NO contracts!
Sensei, Jim Doan has been instructing karate for more than twenty five years, and has a qualified instructor team working with him.
