Urban Wellness Centre

The Urban Wellness Centre is located in downtown Winnipeg on the second floor of cityplace.  The Urban Wellness Centre is open 7 days a week and offers superb fitness instruction, classes, massage therapy, life coaching and nutritional services.  Over 7,000 square feet of state of the art strength and cardio equipment, change rooms equipped with steam rooms and lockers in addition to a 1200 square foot aerobics studio.  The Urban Wellness Centre has both 6 month and 1 year memberships.  Check out our website at
