People struggling with relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, body image problems, losses, and other concerns may be looking for a psychotherapist or counsellor to talk to, one on one, on a regular basis. I spend time listening to and talking with you about the problematic patterns and experiences you've had in life: we work together to understand as best as possible where these may have come from and to think about ways to work on addressing them. Sessions are private and confidential, and there does not have to be a pre-set time limit to the number of sessions you will have. You can choose talk therapy, or to address your feelings, thoughts and experiences by using art therapy, where you can paint, draw, collage, or sculpt as part of the therapy time.
