Precision CNC Machining:

Ktech provides both precision cnc milling and cnc turnining for both prototype and production volumes. We can run parts in quantities from 1 to 10,000. By working aggressively at minimizing cycle time through advanced G Code optimization, creative fixture design and high speed machining techniques, Ktech will make your parts quicker and more cost effective while maintaining the highest quality.

CNC Milling:
We machine parts from steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass and plastic on our 3 and 4 axis capable cnc milling machines. By using creative fixturing and part locating techniques we are able to reduce both setup and cycle times resulting in lower end cost.

CNC Turning:
Our CNC turning centre can machine parts from steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass and plastic. For long production runs our servo bar feeder can load up to 2.0 diameter stock.
