The Elmdale House Tavern (est. 1934) is one of the few remaining "real" taverns in Ottawa, and has become Hintonburg's (the arts district) premier Live Music venues with original indie Live music 7 nights a week. The Elmdale is one of those places that will remind you of a place long forgotten... the kind of place where you may walk in a stranger, but will leave a regular.
