CFSL. The Computer for Schools program is a joint initiative of the Government of Canada, Province of Manitoba and the Manitoba Telecom Pioneers. Its purpose is to recycle surplus computer equipment and software for use in schools, libraries, volunteer and Community Access centres throughout Manitoba.
