My favourite part about decorating is redesigning one-day decorating. This is a process where you take what you already have, and make it FABULOUS!! It still remains a creative process because redesigning is all about how the pieces are used and where they are placed. We'll take a print from this room, a piece of furniture from that room, and throw in a little inspiration and POW! It's a whole new space.But if you are considering selling your property, this is not the time to experiment with style or colour, or to start injecting personality. Preparing to sell, or Staging, is about neutralizing and removing the personality of the home. It is now a house, a product for sale, and it must be viewed as an item which hascompetition.Every other house on the market is now your competition so your house must present better and look "move-in ready".
